Let us help you!
We offer therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families. We create a safe, welcoming space to help you reconnect with yourself and your loved ones.
Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a supportive space to understand yourself more deeply and move toward greater peace and alignment. We blend evidence-based approaches with compassion and curiosity to help you navigate seasons of anxiety, grief, life transitions, depression or feeling stuck. Together, we explore your story, identify patterns, and build tools that strengthen emotional resilience and inner confidence.
Couples Therapy

Relationships take work, especially in seasons of stress, miscommunication, or disconnection. In couples therapy, we support partners in slowing down the conversation, understanding what’s underneath recurring patterns, and rebuilding a foundation of trust, emotional safety, and shared intention. Drawing from approaches like the Gottman Method, we help couples learn to communicate with openness, repair after conflict, and strengthen intimacy—emotionally, physically, and relationally. Whether you’re seeking to restore connection, navigate a difficult chapter, or simply deepen your relationship, we provide guidance with warmth, curiosity, and respect for both partners’ experiences.
Children and Family Therapy

Parenting can be both beautiful and overwhelming, and it’s easy to feel like you’re falling short—especially when your child is struggling or family dynamics feel off balance. Whether it’s behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the stress of transitions like divorce, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Sarah provides therapy for children, teens, and families to help strengthen communication, improve emotional regulation, and restore connection. She is a certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a proven model for supporting children and adolescents through trauma and emotional difficulties.
Marriage Intensives

A marriage intensive is more return on interest for your time and relationship. According to one study a divorce costs on average $14,500 in the state of Colorado. An intensive is more cost effective with the goal of not just making you less miserable but to help you build a happier and more satisfying relationship. An intensive allows us to have 6 months of therapy packed into one weekend and helps us get to the deeper root of the conflict. It can be difficult to dedicate the time and energy each week at best, sometimes 2-3 weeks in between sessions, and this allows for no interruptions. When working within a 50 minute window it can be difficult to uncover what we need to move forward and understand each other’s perspectives.
