Parenthood & Perinatal Therapy
The transition into parenthood can bring significant emotional, relational, and psychological changes. Pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood may bring increased anxiety, shifts in identity, changes in partnership and communication, grief or loss, and the resurfacing of past experiences or relational patterns. Perinatal therapy provides a supportive, clinically informed space to process these transitions, strengthen emotional regulation, explore attachment and family-of-origin patterns, and develop healthier ways of connecting with yourself, your partner, and your child. Individual therapy, couples therapy and parent support groups are offered to help parents navigate this season with greater awareness, connection, and resilience.
